Common questions

A little clarity before you begin.

Can I talk with someone before applying?

Yes. Use the phone or email links on our team page to contact a loan officer directly. General questions and Realtor inquiries go to Jorge Vazquez.

What happens after I apply?

Your application information is reviewed, and additional information or documentation may be requested. The process depends on your loan and situation. Ask your officer about the next steps and requirements.

What documents might I need?

Documentation varies by lender and program. Ask your officer for a checklist and secure submission instructions. Providing documents is not required simply to receive a Loan Estimate.

How do prequalification and preapproval differ?

Lenders use these terms differently. Ask what information has been reviewed and what conditions remain. A preapproval is not a guaranteed loan offer.

What does the calculator include?

Our calculator estimates monthly principal and interest using your inputs. It excludes taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA fees, closing costs, and other charges. It is not a rate quote or approval.
